Human Resources Executive Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Coordinating employee onboarding and HR operations
• Assisting with employee relations and HR administration
• Maintaining HR records and documentation
• Supporting performance management and training activities
• Ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures
• Assisting management with HR reporting and coordination
