Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Male candidate residing in Colombo or nearby areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for vacant positions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Support employee onboarding activities and prepare joining documentation.
• Assist in maintaining employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Provide support for HR administrative and operational activities as assigned.
