Qualifications & Experience

• Good passes in G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• PQHRM, Diploma, or Certificate Level qualification from CIPM.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Good Sinhala and English typing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR responsibilities professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Head Office

• Handle HR documentation and administrative work.
• Prepare attendance, leave, and payroll summaries.
• Collect attendance, leave, and overtime records from subsidiary companies.
• Prepare payroll data using Microsoft Excel.
• Process EPF and ETF claim forms accurately.
• Update and maintain HR databases.
• Assist the HR Head with recruitment, candidate screening, and headhunting.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and recruitment documentation.

Factory

• Coordinate recruitment activities with the Factory Manager.
• Manage employee absenteeism and labour turnover.
• Maintain accurate personnel files for factory employees.
• Submit attendance, leave, and overtime records to Head Office for payroll processing.
• Supervise housekeeping and factory security administration.
• Oversee worker accommodation and related records.
• Process payments relating to security meals and subcontractors.
• Maintain positive employee relations and provide effective HR support.
