Job Description

We Are Hiring! Ceylon Tapes (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an HR Assistant.

Ceylon Tapes (Pvt) Ltd, a member of JF Packaging Limited, is the pioneer in supplying adhesive packaging tapes for over 30 years. We produce and sell all types of packing tapes to both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• HR Operations: Handling HRIS, employee interviews, and documentation.

• Coordination: Engaging in teamwork and multi-tasking to support HR functions.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: CCHRM / DPHRM or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience:

  • 1 Year experience in a similar capacity is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

  • Ability to work with MS Office packages.

  • Language proficiency in English and Sinhala.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who reside in close proximity to Ja-Ela, Wattala, Kandana, Ragama, Minuwangoda, etc..
