Qualifications & Experience

Group Human Resources Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and employee relations skills.

F&B Manager

• Degree or professional qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, customer service, and operational management skills.
• Ability to maintain high-quality service standards.

Executive Chef

• Professional culinary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in a reputed hotel or resort.
• Expertise in menu planning, food quality management, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Group Human Resources Manager

• Lead and manage all HR functions across the hotel group.
• Develop recruitment, training, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
• Support organizational development and performance management initiatives.

F&B Manager

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and departmental profitability.
• Supervise and develop F&B staff.

Executive Chef

• Lead all kitchen operations and culinary teams.
• Design innovative menus and maintain food quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Control food costs and kitchen inventory efficiently.
