The Head of Finance will lead the organization’s financial strategy, reporting, risk management, and governance, while supporting executive decision-making and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and leadership team

Budgeting & Cost Optimization

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Drive cost efficiency and profitability improvement initiatives

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Oversee shareholder and board-level financial reporting
• Ensure accurate dashboards, performance reports, and financial insights

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage liquidity, working capital, and funding strategies
• Oversee banking relationships and foreign exchange risk

Internal Controls & Governance

• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with regulations
• Improve operational efficiency through robust governance frameworks

Audits & Compliance

• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies

Tax & Risk Management

• Oversee tax planning and compliance
• Lead enterprise risk management and financial risk mitigation

Candidate Requirements

• Member of a recognized professional body:
  • CIMA / ACCA / CA or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance/Business
• Minimum 14 years of experience in finance
• Minimum 8 years managerial experience
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification senior leadership experience
• Experience in:
  • Aviation / Catering / Hospitality / FMCG / Large Corporates
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Age below 50 years (as of 18 May 2026)
