Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification in Accounting such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head of Finance or in a senior finance role in a reputed organization
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong computer literacy
• Age below 45 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management presentations
• Develop financial policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational objectives
• Collaborate with departments to support strategic initiatives and growth
