Graphic Designer | Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare digital and print materials (flyers, brochures, booklets, etc.) for production, ensuring proper bleed, crop marks, and print specifications
• Apply core design fundamentals — color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and logo guidelines — across both digital and print deliverables
• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and all team members are aligned on deliverables
• Delegate tasks to team members as needed to keep projects moving efficiently
• Collaborate with a remote team, maintaining strong communication with both internal staff and clients
• Handle daily office responsibilities, including checking mail, attending meetings, and opening/closing the office
• Organize and manage files using Dropbox

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals
• Experience preparing files for print production
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency managing accounting within our Meta Business Suite (facebook, instagram)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working within a remote team environment
• Working knowledge of Dropbox

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with project management platforms, particularly ClickUp
