Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, F&B management, or multi-outlet food service operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior supervisory, outlet management, area management, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen and floor coordination, food quality control, inventory management, and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple restaurant outlets efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, food cost control, labour cost control, wastage reduction, inventory control, and profitability improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across all Great Wall restaurant outlets.
• Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and operational discipline.
• Develop and implement outlet-level strategies to improve sales performance, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits covering kitchen efficiency, service flow, food preparation, stock control, and hygiene standards.
• Review sales reports, P&L statements, food costs, labour costs, wastage, and operational expenses to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with PHI, CAA, Excise, Fire & Safety, food safety, hygiene, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support business expansion by identifying suitable locations and coordinating new outlet rollouts.
• Maintain consistency in operational standards across all restaurant locations.
