Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field with at least 5 years of senior managerial experience.
• OR a Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field with at least 6 years of senior managerial experience.
• OR a professionally recognized qualification with at least 7 years of senior managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in managing large organizations or institutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Federation.
• Develop and implement organizational policies and business strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ensure efficient administration and operational performance.
• Lead business development and cooperative marketing initiatives.
• Supervise departmental managers and organizational staff.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization in meetings with government agencies, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Prepare and present management reports to the Board of Directors.

Salary & Benefits
