Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
• Technical qualification in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in airport construction projects will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
• Ability to supervise construction activities and ensure quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and labour teams.
• Coordinate work activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor construction quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor the efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Report site progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
