Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Hospital Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related vocational qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospital environment, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and hospital dietary requirements will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work on a shift basis in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, energetic, and committed to delivering quality service.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and patient safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, courteous, and patient-focused food and beverage services according to hospital quality standards.
• Accurately distribute meals and beverages to patients on schedule.
• Support the daily operations of the hospital kitchen while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, dietary requirements, and food hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas and equipment.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and inventory handling when required.
• Respond professionally to patient requests and maintain excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, nursing, and healthcare teams to provide an outstanding patient experience.
