Job Description 

Recruitment of Project Staff! The Ministry of Health & Mass Media is hiring a Finance Manager.

The Primary Healthcare System Enhancing Project (PHSEP) is a project to be implemented under the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, funded by the World Bank (WB). The total project cost is US$150 Million, and it is designed to improve access and quality of Primary Healthcare Services across all districts in Sri Lanka for the period of 2024-2028.

Applications are called from the citizens of Sri Lanka to fill the Finance Manager position of the Project Management Unit (PMU).

Job Details

• Post: Finance Manager.

• Number of Positions: 01.

• Category: PS 3 (according to the Circular No.01/2019).

• Remuneration: Remuneration will be based on the Circular No. 01/2019 dated 05th March 2019 issued by the Department of Management Services.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accountancy / Management / Commerce or a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission.

• Note: For more details of the required qualifications, refer to Annex 1, column under the US$ 100 million and less than US$ 250 million of Circular No.01/2019 issued by the Department of Management Services.
