Finance Executive – Cooplife Insurance Limited

An excellent opportunity awaits you to join Cooplife Insurance Limited, a company moving forward in the Insurance Industry at a fast pace day by day. They are currently looking for qualified individuals for the key position of Finance Executive to expand their service network and provide prompt service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Accounting Operations: Performing bank reconciliations, general ledger postings, and the timely closing of accounts.

• Actuarial & Investment Support: Assisting in RBC (Risk-Based Capital) workings, investment reporting, and actuarial-related submissions.

• IFRS 17 Compliance: Supporting IFRS 17 related workings, including data preparation, reconciliations, disclosures, and coordination with the actuarial and IT teams.

• Audit Facilitation: Supporting annual audits by coordinating with internal and external auditors.

• Reporting: Preparing management reports, analysis, and schedules for decision-making.

• Transaction Processing: Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of financial transactions and documentation.

• Internal Controls: Maintaining proper controls and adhering to company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Management OR a part qualification in CA / ACCA / CIMA.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance. Experience in the insurance sector will be an added advantage.

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.

• Soft Skills: * Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
