🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accountancy
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Commerce (UGC recognized)
• AND
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field

Option 2:

• Full Professional Membership in:
  • CA Sri Lanka (ICASL)
  • CIMA (UK)
  • ACCA

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years experience at Managerial Level in:
  • Corporation / Statutory Board
  • Reputed private sector organization

💰 Salary & Benefits

• 💵 Salary Scale:
  Rs. 143,120 – 204,620
• Initial Salary:
  Rs. 125,113
• Additional Benefits:
  • EPF (10% Employee / 12% Employer)
  • ETF (3% Employer)
  • Government sector benefits

🎯 Age Limit

• 35 – 55 years
