Qualifications & Experience

• Male or Female candidates aged 25–40 years.
• Degree or Professional Diploma in:
  • Fashion Design
  • Apparel Merchandising
  • Textile Technology
  • Or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute (e.g., University of Moratuwa, AOD, BCC, SLITA).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the apparel industry.
• Experience in the local ready-made wholesale or retail market is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from customer inquiry and sample development to BOM costing and bulk production.
• Develop trend-driven collections and plan product ranges for the local market.
• Source fabrics and optimize material utilization while identifying opportunities for new fabric development.
• Prepare structured product catalogs with item codes and pricing.
• Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure timely product launches for seasonal collections.
• Analyze showroom sales feedback to support future product planning and development.
