Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Factory Management or Manufacturing Management role.
• Degree or professional qualification in Business Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Engineering background will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and KPI management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and take full ownership of factory operations to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Optimize the utilization of company resources while minimizing operational waste and unnecessary costs.
• Monitor daily factory operations and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor production costs, operational losses, and factory performance through forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and improve manufacturing systems, processes, and operational standards.
• Track production KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity and return on assets.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for factory teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence.
