Join Sri Lanka’s First Boutique Hotel & Experience Company! We are hiring an Activity / Experiences Organizer.

Beyond Trails Dambulla and the newly unveiled “Hidden Secrets” boutique hotel are looking for a passionate Activity / Experiences Organizer. Our property is thoughtfully designed around the core pillars of tourism: community, nature, and history.

Role Overview

A Hotel Activity / Experiences Organizer designs, coordinates, and delivers engaging activities and local experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Activity Planning: Daily activity planning in the hotel and outside activities/experiences.

• Program Development: Creating Family & Kids’ programs.

• Entertainment: Organizing evening entertainment such as live music, movie nights, and themed events.

• Events: Managing seasonal and cultural activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years of practical, hands-on experience in Activity / Experiences Organizer as well as Naturalist roles.

• Development: Ability to develop nature-based activities based on the surroundings and information on environmental conservation and sustainable tourism.

• Age: Preferably between 30 – 45 years (can be considered if skills are in place).

Skills Required

• Nature: An interest and passion for nature with an eye for spotting new flora and fauna.

• Language: A good command of English (Fluency in foreign languages will be an added advantage).

• Creative: Storytelling ability and photography skills.

• Management: Strong organizing skills and the ability to manage assignments independently with minimal supervision.
