Serendib Flour Mills (Pvt) Ltd, a leading flour mill located at the Colombo Port, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Executive – Warehouse.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warehouse operations at the facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner.

• Inventory Control: Ensure accurate inventory management, including regular stock counting, detailed recording, and timely system updates.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain strict Food Safety and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout the warehouse.

Requirements

• Education: A Diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Prior experience in managing people is required.

  • Experience in handling ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
