Job Summary

As an Executive (Treasury) at HNB Finance PLC, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s liquidity, investment portfolios, and regulatory reporting. You will work closely with the Finance Department to ensure seamless fund transfers and maintain compliance with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and update CBSL reports with 100% accuracy.

• Liquidity Management: Handle daily/monthly transfers, journal vouchers, and liquidity tracking.

• Portfolio Oversight: Oversee borrowings, investments, and loan interest payments.

• Reconciliation: Update and reconcile the company’s investment portfolio regularly.

• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance in bank account documentation and fund transfers.

• Documentation: Draft board papers, committee papers, and ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee) meeting minutes.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders.

• Operational Support: Provide support for overall Finance Department operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A professional qualification in Finance OR a part/full qualification in CIMA / ICASL / ACCA.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the finance field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial reporting.
