Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• BSc (Hons) Degree. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or Research & Development is highly desirable.
• Physically fit to perform operational responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, decision-making, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out process development and process improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Manage customized product fabrication projects from sample development to manufacturing process finalization.
• Introduce new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve operational capabilities.
• Develop manufacturing and product packaging guidelines.
• Identify and implement Kaizen initiatives to reduce production breakdowns and improve efficiency.
• Provide secondary packing support and process improvement solutions.
• Introduce new machining techniques and improve existing products.
• Guide and supervise operation technicians assigned to the department.
• Coordinate with production, quality, marketing, and other departments during product development projects.
