💼 Job Description

You will oversee manufacturing and packaging QA operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with international standards 🌍

This role involves both lab-based testing and operational quality assurance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🧪 Conduct testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
• 🔬 Perform chemical & microbiological analysis
• 📊 Ensure compliance with:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 22000
  • HACCP standards
• ⚠️ Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• 📁 Maintain QA documentation and audit reports
• 💻 Support ERP systems (SAP/S4 HANA) for quality data

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (with Chemistry background)
• 📅 Minimum 1+ year experience in QA/QC (Food/Beverage preferred)
• 🧪 Hands-on lab experience (chemical & microbiological testing)
• 💡 Knowledge of ISO standards & HACCP
• 💻 ERP knowledge (SAP/S4 HANA) is an advantage
• 🗣️ Fluency in English & Sinhala
• 🌙 Willingness to work shift-based (including night shifts)
