Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CSCP, CSCM, or CIPS will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong supplier negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for supplier performance and spend analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in import procedures, customs clearance, and supplier compliance is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with approved MRP plans and company procurement policies.
• Source materials from approved suppliers while ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation to support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate import-related procurement activities with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
• Support customs clearance processes while optimizing procurement costs.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure material availability and minimize supply risks.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement transactions and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain operations.
