Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Sound knowledge of payroll regulations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of EPF, ETF, and other statutory payment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee payroll information.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee payroll records and related documentation.
• Handle EPF, ETF, and other statutory payments in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure payroll processing complies with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Verify payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
