Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with sales prospects, vendors, and brokers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned leasing and hire purchase business targets within defined timelines.
• Ensure all operational tasks are performed in accordance with company procedures and system guidelines.
• Identify quality credit opportunities aligned with the company’s credit policy.
• Actively participate in and manage outdoor promotional and marketing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports and internal documentation.
• Support business growth through effective customer acquisition and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Male candidates aged between 22–40 years.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum three passes at G.C.E. A/L and six passes at G.C.E. O/L, including Mathematics, Sinhala, and English.
• Qualification in Sales and Marketing from a UGC-approved university or recognized vocational training institute will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in working in a computerized environment.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
