📝 Job Description
HNB Finance PLC is seeking a Fixed Deposits Executive to support the company’s deposit mobilization strategy by acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and promoting fixed deposit products. The selected candidate will play a key role in achieving deposit growth targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience or interest in banking, finance, and sales-oriented roles.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Promote and mobilize Fixed Deposit (FD) products to individual and corporate customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned deposit growth targets
- Provide accurate information on interest rates, tenures, and benefits
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies
- Coordinate with branch and head office teams to support FD operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional qualification or academic background in Finance, Banking, Business, or Marketing
- Prior experience in fixed deposits, banking, finance, or sales will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills
