DFCC Bank is seeking a results-driven individual for the position of Executive – Client Integration (Payments & Cash Management).
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Lead client integration projects by translating banking needs into technical solutions on the iConnect platform.

Client Onboarding: Manage seamless onboarding in collaboration with PCM Onboarding and Operations teams.

Pre-sales Support: Assist in key deals and provide customers with technical guidance.

System Testing: Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the timely completion of special projects.

Compliance: Maintain adherence to audit standards and internal controls while identifying operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Degree or diploma in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Postgraduate or IT certifications are preferred.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.

Technical Skills: Hands-on exposure to PCM systems or ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Competencies: Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client interactions and work flexible hours.
