📝 Job Description
Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking an Executive (Auto Centre) to support smooth claims settlements by coordinating vehicle repairs, managing customer inquiries, and handling invoicing processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient auto centre operations while maintaining Allianz service and quality standards.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in motor claims handling and customer service.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assist and advise customers on claims documentation and pending requirements
- Handle walk-in clients and obtain claims approvals to ensure timely settlements
- Manage daily vehicle invoicing, supplier payment follow-ups, and related documentation
- Assign and coordinate survey jobs for vehicles under repair
- Prepare monthly operations reports based on auto centre data
- Handle customer calls, feedback, and appeals related to auto centre operations
- Prepare delivery order forms, obtain approval amounts, and secure HOD approvals
🎓 Qualifications / What You Bring
- Pass in G.C.E. (A/L)
- Minimum 02 years’ experience, including claims handling
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
