Job Summary

The ERP Executive will support SAP Master Data Governance, assist with business process improvements, provide end-user support and training, and participate in SAP process enhancement initiatives. The role offers valuable exposure to SAP S/4HANA RISE and enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP Master Data Governance and ensure operational excellence.
• Provide end-user support and conduct user training.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and SAP procedures.
• Participate in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives.
• Assist in SAP process enhancement and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Production
  • Quality
  • Maintenance
• Identify system improvements and process optimization opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a specialization in Business Process Management.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or relevant internship/project exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
