ESOL College International is seeking motivated and passionate English Teachers for their Pannipitiya, Kaduwela, Hanwella, and Kalaggala branches.

Core Responsibilities

• Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.

• Classroom Management: Maintain an activity-based classroom environment that meets student needs and academic standards.

• Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes student participation and creativity.

Requirements

• Education: Qualified with a BA in English, Linguistics, or English Literature, or hold a CELTA certification.

• Communication: Fluency in English with a pleasant, friendly, and energetic personality.

• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Experience: One year or more of experience in English teaching is considered an added advantage.

• Schedule: Working on Saturdays is mandatory.
