Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Certificate of Proficiency in the Civil Engineering field.
• Qualification should be not below National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5.
• The qualification must be issued by a Technical or Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
• Computer literacy will be considered a required qualification.
• Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in civil engineering and infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Support construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings and factory facilities.
• Monitor ongoing civil engineering work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare site reports and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors.
• Assist in project planning and implementation.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with engineering standards.
• Perform additional engineering duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of Civil Engineering principles.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 48,784
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800
