Job Summary

As an Engineer (Radio Network Planning & Optimization), you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality of our mobile network. You will work within a specialized team to analyze performance data, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement enhancements for GSM, UMTS, and LTE technologies to provide a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize GSM, UMTS, and LTE network performance to meet high-quality standards.

• RF Auditing: Conduct RF audits and troubleshoot any KPI (Key Performance Indicator) deviations.

• Data-Driven Insights: Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights focused on improving both voice and data services.

• RAN Implementation: Support Radio Access Network (RAN) feature implementations and perform precise parameter tuning.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with planning, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless end-to-end network quality.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related engineering field.

• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and RF fundamentals.

• Analytical Tools: Proven experience with KPI tools and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

• Programming Skills: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or VBA is considered a distinct advantage.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent communication skills.
