Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification related to Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of overall industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Building Services Engineering role.
• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee building services engineering activities for the project.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical building service installations.
• Ensure project work complies with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure timely completion of building services works.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation as required.
