Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, NVQ, or a technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aviation Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in electronics repair, technical servicing, or related technical work.
- Good knowledge of electronic components, circuit boards, wiring systems, sensors, motors, and controllers.
- Hands-on experience with multimeters, soldering stations, power supplies, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to perform fault diagnosis, soldering, wiring, and component-level repairs.
- Basic understanding of UAV systems and drone components will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, test, and maintain UAV electronic systems and related components.
- Troubleshoot circuit boards, wiring systems, batteries, motors, controllers, and sensors.
- Support UAV assembly, calibration, inspection, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Identify technical faults and implement effective repair solutions.
- Perform soldering, wiring, component replacement, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate repair records, test results, and service documentation.
- Ensure repaired equipment is fully tested and meets quality standards before release.
