📝 Job Description
The Driver (Uga Prava) – Uga Resorts Tangalle will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely transportation of guests, staff, or goods while maintaining high hospitality and safety standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Ensure timely transportation of passengers or goods
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, service records, and documentation
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations
- Support hotel operations with transportation requirements
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Driver
- Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience will be a strong advantage
- Valid Sri Lankan driving license
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
