🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

✔ Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (UGC recognized)
• Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in relevant field
  OR Associate Membership of a recognized professional chartered institute
• Minimum 15 years managerial experience in:
  • Public Sector / Corporation / Statutory Board
  • Or reputed private institution

✔ Option 2:

• Full Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institute
• Minimum 15 years managerial experience

✔ Option 3:

• Class I Officer in Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS)
• With qualifications mentioned in Option 1
