Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing (agency or in-house).
• Demonstrated experience using AI content generation tools such as Google Veo, Seedance 2.0, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms with a proven record of successful content campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or equivalent paid social advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution, and campaign performance reporting.
• Strong Sinhala and English copywriting skills.
• Experience in iGaming, sports, entertainment marketing, Sri Lankan digital media, Telegram community management, or video editing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
• Create captions, campaign copy, and community responses in both English and Sinhala.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
• Support campaign activations, sponsorships, sports events, and promotional activities.
• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Track campaign performance using UTM parameters and attribution metrics such as CPA, CTR, Cost per Registration, and FTDs.
• Produce AI-assisted visual and short-form video content while maintaining campaign calendars, asset libraries, and weekly performance reports.
