We are currently hiring Kitchen & Wardrobe Designers for our Signature Concept Centers located at Singer Mega showrooms in Wattala, Nugegoda, Negombo, Peliyagoda, and Kottawa. About the Role: Designer – Signature Concept Centers

In this role, you will be more than just a designer; you will be a consultant who transforms customer ideas into reality. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, creating functional and aesthetic solutions for their kitchens and wardrobes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: You will attend customer visits and meetings to effectively gather design requirements and technical specifications.

• Design & Quotation: Utilizing your technical skills, you will create professional 2D and 3D design layouts for kitchens and wardrobes, accompanied by competitive price quotations.

• Sales Performance: You will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets while ensuring that every interaction results in excellent client satisfaction.

• Project Management: You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure quality handovers, demonstrating an ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Relationship Building: Building strong internal and external customer relationships is key to your success in this role.

• Reporting: You will prepare and present detailed lead status reports for monthly reviews to track progress.

Candidate Profile: Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for creative individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can bridge the gap between design and sales.

Educational Qualifications:

• You must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.

• A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Interior Design is required.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant field experience will be considered a distinct added advantage.

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively with clients and team members.

• Time Management: You must demonstrate the ability to manage projects, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
