Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization.
• Strong expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools is mandatory.
• Experience with SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
• Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic system design.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Creative, innovative, and capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Lead the design and development of industrial equipment from feasibility through industrialization.
• Develop conceptual and detailed engineering designs.
