Key Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation and represent the company in legal proceedings before relevant courts and tribunals.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation, agreements, notices, and regulatory correspondence.
• Coordinate legal actions, case management, and recovery-related matters with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain legal records, monitor case progress, and ensure accurate system updates and documentation.
• Provide legal support on regulatory, operational, and compliance matters, including responses to CBSL and FCRD inquiries.
• Prepare management reports and participate in committee meetings by providing legal insights and updates.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Be a qualified Attorney-at-Law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation.
• Strong communication, legal drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters effectively.
