Customer Support Consultant – Intrepid

Intrepid Travel is seeking a Customer Support Consultant for a full-time, permanent position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka (hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Product teams.

  • Handle varied tasks such as updating trip bookings and responding to customer requests.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist in confirming accommodation and transfers.

  • Liaise with suppliers when required and update new product information.

  • Work closely with global teams to ensure booking details are accurate and provide exceptional customer service.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in travel or customer service.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using systems and competent with MS Office tools, including Excel.

  • Languages: Highly proficient in both verbal and written English.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

    • Outstanding time management and coordination abilities.
