Customer Support Consultant – Intrepid
Intrepid Travel is seeking a Customer Support Consultant for a full-time, permanent position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka (hybrid).
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Sales and Product teams.

Handle varied tasks such as updating trip bookings and responding to customer requests.

Maintain accurate customer records and assist in confirming accommodation and transfers.
-
Liaise with suppliers when required and update new product information.

Work closely with global teams to ensure booking details are accurate and provide exceptional customer service.
Experience and Skills Required
-
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in travel or customer service.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using systems and competent with MS Office tools, including Excel.

Languages: Highly proficient in both verbal and written English.
