Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking Customer Services Officers to support branch operations by delivering high-quality customer service and meeting service level agreements. The selected candidates will handle customer interactions, data processing, documentation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company standards and data privacy policies.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service in a professional, fast-paced environment.


๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level customer resolution in line with service level agreements
  • Collect, review, and ensure accuracy of customer information before system entry
  • Feed customer information into relevant systems within defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of data and follow up on missing information
  • Store and manage information in accordance with company standards
  • Generate reports as required by management and share with stakeholders
  • Scan and upload documents to systems in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and internal procedures

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of insurance products and processes will be an advantage
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
