📝 Job Description
The Customer Relation Officer – PickMe will be responsible for handling customer interactions at airport service counters, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for passengers using PickMe services at Jaffna International Airport.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Arrange rides and rental packages based on customer requirements
- Assist passengers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests
- Support daily operational activities at airport service counters
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and smooth ride allocations
- Provide accurate information about PickMe services and promotions
- Promote airport pickup services and rentals
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation
🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
- Diploma or higher qualification in Customer Service or Management will be an added advantage
🧠 Skills & Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or transportation services is preferred
- Fluency in English and Tamil (conversational Sinhala is an advantage)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customers professionally
- Willingness to work flexible shifts based on operational requirements
