📝 Job Description

The Customer Relation Officer – PickMe will be responsible for handling customer interactions at airport service counters, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for passengers using PickMe services at Jaffna International Airport.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange rides and rental packages based on customer requirements
  • Assist passengers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests
  • Support daily operational activities at airport service counters
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and smooth ride allocations
  • Provide accurate information about PickMe services and promotions
  • Promote airport pickup services and rentals
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation

🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Customer Service or Management will be an added advantage

🧠 Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or transportation services is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (conversational Sinhala is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customers professionally
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts based on operational requirements
