Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG Sales, preferably in SMMT, General Trade (GT), or Modern Trade.
• Good understanding of retail sales operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned SMMT outlets and ensure complete market coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across assigned product categories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure product availability through effective stock management.
• Minimize product damages and market returns.
• Support Sales Representatives, Delivery Crew, and Merchandisers to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available at all times.
