Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the face and voice of our company, ensuring seamless operations between our clients and internal teams. Your primary duties include:
Communication: Handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Customer Support: Coordinating comprehensive customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Logistics Coordination: Working closely with the warehouse team to coordinate and track customer orders efficiently.
Task Management: Fulfilling various assigned administrative tasks to support office agility.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Education: Relevant certifications and/or professional qualifications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a fair knowledge of ICT.
Language Skills: A strong command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil (both oral and written communication).
Soft Skills: Must be a dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
Work Location & Preference
Location: Homagama, Sri Lanka.
Preference: Priority will be given to candidates residing in Homagama or the surrounding areas.
