The Customer Care Assistant – Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.


πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
  • Support sales and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction targets

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer care or service role
  • Preferred age range: 18 – 25 years

🧠 Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Sound knowledge of English and Sinhala
  • Excellent public relations (PR) skills
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong flair for customer relations and service excellence
