Executive – Credit (Ijarah) Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively market credit products to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities for credit offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient customer service
• Support customer base growth and business expansion

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidate Profile

Applicants should:

• Be between 23–35 years of age
• Have a friendly, energetic, and dynamic personality
• Be target-driven and results-oriented
• Possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills

Educational Qualifications

• Qualification or part qualification in:
  • SLIM
  • CIM
• OR a recognized degree (added advantage)

Experience

• Experience in:
  • Sales and marketing of credit products
  • Banking or finance company operations
• Candidates with service sector experience are also encouraged to apply

Language Skills

• English proficiency is required
• Sinhala and/or Tamil language skills will be an added advantage
