ESOL College International is seeking a self-motivated Creative Graphic Designer to join their marketing team at the Pannipitiya campus.

Role Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time.

• Primary Objective: To apply design skills to an international education brand, creating content for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Conceptualize and design visuals for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns.

• Brand Consistency: Support and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to contribute creative ideas for new initiatives.

• Project Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Education: A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design role.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

  • AI Tools: Familiarity with AI design tools is considered an added plus.

• Skills:

  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Thorough attention to detail and visual consistency.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work is required.
