Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, campaign, and social media creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative design software.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or AI-assisted creative tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, promotional activities, and brand communication.
• Create visually engaging banners, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing assets.
• Support short-form video creation and campaign video production using AI-assisted creative tools.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver campaign creatives on schedule.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams on promotional and product launch materials.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with BETSS brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple creative assignments while maintaining quality and consistency.
