Job Description

Chinese Dragon Cafe (Pvt) Ltd, a “Great Place to Work” certified company, is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with key corporate accounts. This full-time role involves understanding client needs and developing strategic plans to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the primary contact point for corporate sales and maintain strong client relationships.

• Business Growth: Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing and new accounts.

• New Business: Identify new corporate clients and liaise with event management companies for joint ventures.

• Tailored Solutions: Understand business needs and offer customized solutions to clients.

• Retention: Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure all client needs are met.

Requirements

• Experience: More than 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the food catering service.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Mobility: Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients; possession of a motor bicycle is an advantage.

• Traits: Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Age: Below 45 years.
